Live out your Robin Hood fantasies by grabbing a sturdy longbow and firing off some speedy and lethal arrows. This ancient sport requires a steady hand and a good eye and is sure to raise the competitive spirit among your group.

A qualified instructor will be on-hand to give you a safety talk and offer instruction before you take to the large marked targets for some practice shots. Then it's time for a fully-fledged competition where only the top marksman will emerge triumphant!

You will start your shooting experience with a safety briefing and explanation of how the gun works, followed by the techniques of the art of Shotgun Shooting. Your group will then be divided into teams of between 5 to 7 (each team accompanied by an instructor) and then your clay practice will start over various types of sporting targets from different positions. After your practice we will finish the activity with a competition to find the High Gun!

Ideal for new or novice anglers looking for something different! Your experience includes casting tuition and general tactical information. Expert tuition, fishing rods and all equipment are provided.

We can provide golfing packages at our carefully selected Golf Clubs in Buckinghamshire and Surrey. For complete beginners we offer a non-golfers clinic including an introduction to the game of golf and basic skills needed. Ongoing tuition covering all aspects of the game - iron play, short game, bunkers, putting. Mini Trick shot display and team games will be played during course of lessons. In all, a great introduction to the game with fun and games. Equipment will be supplied.

The helicopter is the most manoeuvrable of aircraft - you can hover, fly sideways and backwards and spin round in a circle. Novice drivers, under supervision, will learn to tackle the simple slopes and then progress to the more daunting challenges that the course will demand. With our expert instructors on-hand you will quickly gain confidence and cover terrain you never thought possible!

Experience the thrill of driving our 200cc Quads over a demanding grass and mud circuit. Get the feel of the bike and then try your skill on the slalom where the precise and skilful driving is more important than speed. The circuit is not designed for racing-more to promote "all round" skills but to see the rivalry develop as each driver tries to show off the pace. Once everyone has become accustomed to their new vehicle a bit of team work and competition commences; a relay race using tennis balls and traffic cones! Full training is given with expert tuition by our professional instructors.

Our Rally Karts are equipped with a 13HP Honda engine coupled to a torque sensitive variable drive system with kevlar belt drive. This system is designed to give maximum acceleration and a high top speed. The karts have fully adjustable seats, allowing for continual outdoor use in all weathers. They are fitted with a nascam 3 point harness and a helmet will be provided for safety. Our purpose track course will keep your team involved and the competition will get your adrenalin going!

We offer hands-on diesel train driving up to a 26 mile round trip between Toddington Station and Cheltenham Racecourse, with wonderful views of the sleepy hamlets and picturesque countryside. Lunch can be served on the move in the GWR Buffet Carriage or traditional Railway Canteen.

Our Aeroplane Trial Lessons allow you to experience the thrill of flying and will even count as the first step towards your Private Pilot's Licence. The trial lesson is preceded by a short flight briefing with our instructor who will explain all aspects of the flight including the effects of controls and how an aeroplane flies. The student will then be allowed to take the controls and actually fly the aircraft! A trial lesson will give an insight into the thrills of flying and you will receive a certificate signed by our instructor.

Air Rifle Shooting is absorbing, competitive and above all fun. Knock over static targets, make spinners fly and hit the bull's eye! Your group will be offered a variety of targets and the experienced instructors will teach you all about shooting, breathing techniques and the best shooting positions to take.

This is the new and exciting alternative to Paintball! This activity originated in the States and now is becoming popular here in the UK. Once safety briefed you will be issued with replica guns, divided into teams and a mock military combat will commence!

Manoeuvre a 4-wheel drive over/around obstacles and angles whilst blindfolded and directed by your co-driver(s). This activity is a test to teamwork and builds trust, cooperation and requires a high degree of good communication as well as being hilarious and fun! The driver is totally reliant on the co-drivers instructions to safely navigate the vehicle through the course. The co-driver(s) and blind driver cannot succeed in this fun activity unless they work together as a team. The co-driver can only use their voice to communicate and become the ultimate ‘back seat driver'. Blind Driving is an excellent teamwork activity and develops communication and cooperation skills.

Adventure 001's very own Bushcraft Experience has arrived!

If you're completely new to the idea of bushcraft and wonder what it's all about, this is your chance to learn! If you are interested in the abundance of wild foods and resources all around us, this is the activity for you.

During the activity our expert Survival Instructor Jim will aim to cover how to start fires, how to construct a basic shelter and how to find wild foods in the countryside.

Solve the riddles and find the clues hidden across London in our taxi cab adventure that will put your detecting skills to the test. Learn how to make hand made Belgian truffles under the expert tuition of our Chocolatier. The Chocolatier will provide you and your team with a 3 stage demonstration which you follow, everyone will have a hands on experience. At the end of the course your will be able to show off your own chocolate creations!

And remember don't forget the front of house; it's not all in the cooking. Your team will need to create that wow factor in your special restaurant. You will need to have the correct cocktails, wines and table arrangements.

Today, the area combines a fascinating rich heritage with cutting edge design, hip boutiques and an energy that's unique to the East End. Team Tactics offer you a fabulous scavenger hunt that will open your eyes to the East End of London. East End Scavenge is a fun, fast paced experience that can be played in groups of 10 to 300 people. Teams take to the narrow cobbled streets, anonymous doorways, vintage shops and hidden alleyways of London's east end. Here, they must work as a team as they attempt to gather, scavenge and collect a range of items: some easy to find, while others need a little more skill, dexterity and creative thinking. East End Scavenge requires wit, charm and teamwork. Items to be collected include photographs, audio recordings, and unusual food items to second hand retro clothes. As the teams race the clock they take to the streets to discover one of London's most fascinating neighbourhoods.

For the more adventurous Pilots provide a really exciting activity. 400 cc Honda pilots are used, these are fully automatic and are operated by hand controls only. All guests are thoroughly briefed on every aspect of the machine's performance and all the safety drills are gone over in detail. Pilots are seriously good fun! You and your guests will be able to race against the clock on our wide open circuit. A team of six guests will usually have one instructor and two Pilots for their session, everyone will have the chance to get the feel of the machines during practice laps and hen will race the clock in a hard fought competition.

The event can lasts approximately 1-2 hours and is therefore ideal to run either before or after a meeting, presentation or product launch. The sessions on our 7 m mobile rock climbing wall can be completely tailored to your needs and we can run the wall as an introduction to climbing or as a competition. We have many different coloured holds so that we can find a challenge for anyone and everyone by setting them harder routes to climb!

Our climbing wall is operated by a fully qualified and experienced climber, ensuring that climbers are in safe hands at all times.

Have a go at the latest adrenaline filled activity, it will have you fixed! Zorbing itself takes place in a gigantic inflatable sphere either with a single or double harness, standing about three metres in height, which contains another smaller sphere that is suspended into position by a thousand nylon strands. You will be safely harnessed inside the sphere before being sent rolling head over heels downhill.
